Oviedo (WTFF) – A man in Seminole County was upset about a supposedly undercooked burger at Steak ‘n Shake, so he pried open a drive-thru window to yell at the employees.

Ronald Burns ordered a burger at the Steak ‘n Shake on Red Bug Lake Road in Oviedo, Saturday. The Oviedo Mall is across the street.

At 62 he should be old enough to control his temper, but this is Florida Man, so we can just assume he has the emotional intelligence of a 5-year-old.

Day care worker in wheelchair allegedly caught raping baby in Orlando Chick-fil-A bathroom

ORLANDO, Fla. – A 35-year-old wheelchair-bound Orlando man was arrested and charged with numerous counts after a customer at a Chick-fil-A allegedly caught him raping a baby girl in the restaurant’s bathroom, police said.

The witness told police that he went to the restroom and while he was at the urinal, saw something questionable in a reflection on the wall tile, an Orlando police report said. Full Story »

Florida Man brings fake bomb to Reb Lobster “just to make you smile”

LARGO, Fla. – A man walked into a Red Lobster claiming to work for the Taliban and have a bomb in his bag.

Largo Police Department received a call from the GM of the Red Lobster at Largo Mall located at 10500 Ulmerton Rd. Thursday afternoon.

According to the GM, a man with a black bag entered the store and told the hostess, “Just to make you smile, I work for the Taliban and I have a bomb in this bag.” Full Story »

Florida delivery man hit by police car and then arrested

A Jimmy John’s delivery cyclist was hit in a downtown crosswalk Thursday afternoon by a Miami police officer driving an unmarked car.

But it was the sandwich deliveryman who went to jail. For 12 hours.

Mason Morales was arrested for criminal mischief after he threw his bike against the car in anger, then handcuffed in the middle of the street and placed in a cell at the Turner Guilford Knight Correction Center until his mother bailed him out at 3 a.m. Friday. Full Story »

Bill would block use of food stamps for soda in Florida

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A House Republican filed a proposal Friday that seeks to prevent people from using food-assistance benefits to buy soft drinks.

The bill (HB 47) by Rep. Ralph Massullo, a dermatologist from Lecanto, is filed for the 2018 legislative session, which starts in January.

The proposal would direct the Florida Department of Children and Families to seek approval of a federal “waiver” that would allow the state to ban the use of benefits in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to buy soft drinks.

The program traditionally was known as food stamps. Full Story »

Jacksonville Woman trashes Chick-fil-a restaurant over chicken nuggets

An angry customer trashed a Chick-Fil-A restaurant and it was all caught on camera Monday evening.

This all went down at the Chick-fil-A located at 14020 Lunar Drive in the River City Marketplace, Jacksonville, Florida.

The video shows two women yelling at employees, and when another customer yells back, one of the women tosses condiments all over the floor.

The women were using bad language and scaring some children that were inside the restaurant.

In the police report, an employee told officers one of the suspects was complaining and trying to get refunds and free food. Full Story »
