Vero Beach (WTFF) – A man accidentally shot himself in the hand with his 9mm handgun.
Indian River County sheriff’s arrived to the Indian River Medical Center around 12:10 am Wednesday to investigate, according to Sebastian Daily.
The 24-year-old Florida Man told the cops that he arrived home and removed his holster. While taking his Walther PPS 9MM handgun out, he accidentally pulled the trigger and shot his left hand.
He does own a valid concealed weapon license.
His mother heard the noise and woke up. Luckily she did not stand her ground and shoot back. She drove him to the hospital.
Andrew Michael Durick was not charged for unintentionally discharging his firearm.
