George Dominguez was walking through a Bank of America parking lot in DeLand, when Arlen Hubbard allegedly almost hit him with his car.
He did what any reasonable person would do and went over to his car to bang on the window.
They started arguing and got into a fight.
Arlen ran back to his car and came back with a machete, swinging it across George’s face and cutting his left cheek.
