Tampa (WTFF) – A conservative preacher who claimed that he cleansed Florida of Zika says he now plans to do the same with the coronavirus, but only on the shores of the U.S.
Rodney Howard-Browne posted a video to his Periscope account on February 24 saying that he “cursed” Zika in the name of Jesus, and he has the power to get rid of the coronavirus as well, but not throughout the entire world.

“We are doing the same thing with the coronavirus,” said the pastor. “We do not need it on these shores, and somebody said, ‘Well, what about the rest of the world?’ I mean, I can’t be responsible for every city, or whatever.”
He preaches at The River Tampa Bay Church.
Orlando Weekly noted that Howard-Brown says his congregation is “supernatural,” and has saved mankind. At a revival event in Washington D.C. in July of 2018, Howard-Brown said he “saved” America by issuing a “restraining order on the Antichrist.”
He’s also infamous for saying things like the 2017 Vegas shooting that killed 58 people was a false flag operation, chemtrails are real and people that rule the planet are Satanists who make human sacrifices and drink blood. (Orlando Weekly)
God is already cleansing the place. That’s what COVID-19 is.
So just WHEN does he plan to actually PERFORM this “Miracle”.
His claim hasn’t aged well at all.
Um, don’t think so. This is Word faith theology whose proponents also claim to control the weather. Sad. God can and does answer prayer, but NO MAN can lay claim to doing it themselves.
