Palm Beach County (WTFF) – A Florida man was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at his neighbor over a dispute about property lines.
Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies say that 62-year-old Saheil Namdar got into an argument with his neighbor when she complained about a fence he put behind his home. They live in a gated community on Colonial Palm Drive.
She came out and said the new fence was on her property line, and she wanted it taken down, said The Palm Beach Post. He refused.
The neighbor stood on a lawn chair and poked her head over to look at the fence and show him the land survey. Florida Man doesn’t read though, so land surveys don’t mean anything to him.
He just stuck a “long black gun” at the pesky neighbor lady when she peeked over the fence and according to the arrest report said:
“If you touch my fence I’m going to shoot you and burn your house.”
Witnesses confirmed. Saheil was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond is $25K.
