13-Year-Old Florida Boy Kidnaps Woman and Steals Car at Gunpoint

Lake City (WTFF) A 13-year-old boy pointed a gun at a 67-year-old woman, stole her car, and drove off with her still in the passenger seat on Halloween. He’s now facing charges of carjacking and abduction.

It all started in Lake City when Florida Boy was out trick-or-treating.

He came across Joyce Ellis at her home and asked for a ride. She said no. Florida Boy paused for a moment, smiled, and left.

In typical Gunshine State fashion, the 13-year-old returned shortly thereafter with a gun and pointed it at her saying, “give me your keys.”

She gave him the keys. He jumped in the driver’s seat.

The kid sat there trying to start the car, so Joyce jumped in and tried to grab the keys. Somehow, she ended up in the passenger seat.

He pointed the gun at her face and said he would kill her if she tried to get out.

Eventually the dumb kid figured out how to start the car. He stretched his twerpy legs and hit the gas. They were now cruising.

Joyce called the cops while he was busy fulfilling his GTA fantasies, terrified, and told the cops which streets they were passing. Columbia County deputies found the car and chased it, but the kid refused to pull over.

They had to use a PIT maneuver to bring the car to a spinning stop.

The PIT maneuver, or Pursuit Intervention Technique, is a pursuit tactic by which a pursuing car can force a fleeing car to abruptly turn sideways, causing the driver to lose control and stop.

The teen driver was taken into custody and charged with armed burglary, carjacking, and abduction, along with driving without a license, according to fox13news.com.
