St. Petersburg (WTFF) – A Florida man has been accused of stealing a courtesy scooter from a Walmart on Friday night.
58-year-old John Davis reportedly drove out of the store on the scooter before 11 p.m., according to Pinellas County police, as reported by NY Daily News.
Davis drove it for a mile and stopped at a gas station when the electric scooter started to lose power.
Predictably, he was drunk during all of this.
He told cops that he planned to charge the battery at the WaWa.
